(London, 18.10.11) MMA Sports Nutrition are proud to sponsor Cage Rage UK 24: Hands of War on 22 October at London’s Troxy.

MMA Sports Nutrition commented, “We are delighted to support Cage Rage UK.  We are huge fans of the sport and the nutrition side of it especially. Cage Rage is the orginal home of  International MMA legends from it’s grassroots days to the present. Like Cage Rage, Sports Nutrition nurtures champions and continues to support the industry with its supplement range”.

This Saturday, Cage Rage UK promises a fight night that will set the house on fire. Headlining the card is the much antipated title bout between Jimi ‘The Posterboy’ Manuwa and Nick ‘The Headhunter’ Chapman.

Ranking as the UK’s number 1 Light Heavyweight fighter, Manuwa stands undefeated with a record of 9-0-0. Jimi has won 8 of his 9 fights by knock out and finished every opponent in the first two rounds. Jimi is the UCMMA World Light- Heavyweight Champion; and 5 of his 9 fights have been title fights or defences. With more than a year away from the cage the Posterboy’s return has been long awaited.

UK1 LHW title holder Nick Chapman comes in as the underdog challenger with a record 4-0-0. Added to his arsenal for the fight, Chapman has been working closely with Harley St. medics at The Centre for Health and Human Performance; where Professor Greg Whyte and Dr. Jack Kreindler have been working to optimise his performance.

The Posterboy says, “I’m not a talker; he’s a big talker. He’s got the press and the attention and he wants to be a celebrity fighter like his mate, Alex Reid. As usual I let my fighting do the talking.”

The Headhunter says, “I’m fully aware of what I’m taking on and I’m not fazed in the slightest. I love to fight, I want that belt and there’s only one man standing in my way. Step aside, I say, cos it’s Headhunter time”

Promoter Dave O’Donnell says, “Another sold out show and let’s hope MMA Sports Nutrition sell out of their product  just as well. It’s great to have believers in the sport actually putting their money where their mouth is”

Proud to support the MMA industry and to continue their support of everyone associated to the sport,  MMA Sports Nutrition are far more than just another supplement company. From  UK grassroots upwards MMASN is here to provide the industry with the right nutrition to bring the out the ultimate fighter in anyone passionate about training.
