– The December 26, 2011 episode of the Raw SuperShow garnered a 2.93 cable rating, up from 2.92 the week before. It is the fourth consecutive week in which Raw has drawn below a 3.00 cable rating.

Monday’s show averaged 4,460,000 million viewers overall, up from 4,290,000 the week before. It also snapped an eight week streak of viewership declining during the second hour.

The first hour of Raw averaged 4,330,000 viewers during the first hour and 4,590,000 in the second. Monday’s show drew the most second hour viewers since November 21, 2011, the night following Survivor Series.

– WWE officials held a meeting last week after the RAW ratings came in where Michael Cole’s commentary was discussed.

TV ratings patterns show fans have little interest in seeing anyone on TV besides the top Superstars. Consideration was given to the fact that maybe this is because of Cole burying the talents for the past year.

– It was announced at tonight’s WWE SmackDown live event in Detroit, Michigan that Randy Orton will be out of action for six months, meaning he will most likely miss WrestleMania 28.

WWE were offering refunds at tonight’s live event to anyone who wanted them, since Orton couldn’t appear.

– Shaquille O’Neal is just one of a few celebrities WWE is looking at to participate in WrestleMania 28 from Miami.

– The first show to air on the WWE Network will be the “WrestleMania Rewind,” a three-part show that will air the day of WrestleMania 28.

– When Vince McMahon told Alberto Del Rio to work stiffer and be more aggressive in the ring, it was indicated that he was due for another run with the WWE Title in 2012. Del Rio is scheduled to return from injury in time for the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
