A blast from the past in this fantastic double feature – Team Extreme; The Hardy Boys & Lita were a huge force to be reckoned with in the WWE when I first started watching wrestling and I loved this Leap Of Faith DVD. (In fact I played it to death!)
Loads of stuff on there that you wouldn’t have already known about the ‘Boys’ with insights into their home life and interviews from their Father and co-workers such as Edge & Christian and Lita.
We hear how Matt made their wrestling outfits when they first started to save money (he’s a dab-hand with a sewing machine apparently!) Also Jeff talks us through some of his ‘sculptures’ and his love of animals and what Matt and Jeff actually think of each other! They talk us through their famous tag team ladder match with Edge & Christian & we hear what went wrong during that and other matches.
Loads and loads of personal footage from the boys and special features are some of their most memorable matches as a tag team.
As a massive fan of the Hardys (Yes, even now!) I was thrilled to see this re-release land on my doormat!
The Lita disc is much of the same. Some great insight into the girl behind the character and some of her best matches (including a fantastic one against Chyna!) and some Hardy Boys stuff included as well.
