Over The Limit 22nd May, 2011

Filmed in May of last year, Over The Limit hailed from the Keystate Arena in Seattle, Washington, featured 8 matches and was the second pay per view under the Over The Limit title.
I would like to start this review by saying there is absolutely no need what so ever for a ‘kiss my foot’ match and if I never see one again it will be too soon. I know announcers get ‘storylines’ but Michael Cole needs to stay behind his desk in future!
Aside from that disgusting waste of a decent pay per view spot; the rest of the show didn’t stink half as bad!
Mysterio is always a good way to open up a pay per view, crowd pleaser and kiddie fan fave will always get the crowd warmed up for the rest of the event!
Barrett is improving ALL the time and I’m really enjoying watching his matches; this one is no exception.
Once again though they have put a Bella in the ring – no need!

Another solid match from Orton and Christian, never fail to please even if the outcome isn’t what I want to see!
The main event is the ‘I Quit’ match between Cena and The Miz. Alex Riley plays a key role in the match since it’s also a no disqualification match; until eventually Cena manages to take him out with the help of the announce table! Very entertaining match from start to finish and, along with Orton/Christian, totally made the pay per view worth watching.
