- To add to the story from earlier about Michael Hayes being suspended for using racist remarks, apparently this isn't the first time that Hayes has had problems with a WWE Superstar. We're told that Hayes is one of the reasons that Bobby Lashley wanted to leave WWE. Word is that one of the reasons Lashley got such a good deal upon leaving WWE is because he had some dirt on the company and Hayes that they didn't want getting out. As part of his deal after being released, WWE made it to where he couldn't say anything negative about the company in public. Racist remarks are a regular thing among a lot of the veterans in the business but the general feeling was that it's 2008 and with WWE being a corporate environment, Hayes behavior and comments like these can't be tolerated. Hayes has gotten by before after making comments similar to these but this time it just caught up with him and WWE had to take action. The official word in the company is that Hayes is simply taking a vacation. We've also heard that Hayes made racist comments to Booker T as well as other minority WWE Superstars in the past.
